Afton Rastatter


Afton Rastatter is an associate at the Hallandale Beach office of Landau & Associates, P.A. Ms. Rastatter graduated from Florida State University, having received a B.S. in Criminal Justice (cum laude) and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Rastatter attended Barry University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Ms. Rastatter worked at the school’s Legal Research and Writing Center as a Writing Center Leader and later as a Dean’s Writing Fellow. Ms. Rastatter was also a Judicial Intern for Broward County Judge Honorable Susan Lebow.

Upon becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Rastatter became an Assistant Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Ms. Rastatter was assigned to the Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions wherein she defended and managed an extensive criminal caseload. She currently focuses her practice at Landau & Associates in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance Litigation.
