Anthony N. Caserta


Anthony N. Caserta is an associate attorney at the Tampa Office. Mr. Caserta received his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law in 2014. He began his legal career in Brooklyn, New York, specializing in Real Estate law and Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Upon returning to Florida, he worked as in-house counsel at a restoration company in Orlando, practicing in First Party Property law. Mr. Caserta then broadened his experience in Civil litigation at a boutique law firm which included Personal Injury, Contracts, Employment, and Family law, before opening his own practice. Upon moving to the Tampa Bay area, he became an Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in Hillsborough County. During his time, he gained invaluable trial and courtroom experience defending the rights of individuals accused of crimes.


Mr. Caserta joined Landau & Associates, P.A. in 2019 and focuses his practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation.
