Erik Abrams


Erik Abrams is an associate attorney at Landau & Associates. Mr. Abrams attended the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude while studying Psychology and Business Administration. While at UF, Mr. Abrams was a defensive player on the Florida Lacrosse team. Thereafter, Mr. Abrams attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he founded the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society and was Speaker of the Senate for the Student Bar Association from 2009 to-2010. In 2010, Mr. Abrams was named Senator of the Year for his commitment to the governance of the law school’s student body.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Abrams gained significant experience in all facets of civil litigation by representing clients in a wide range of matters including Personal Injury, Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.) and Real Estate. In 2016 he accepted a position at The Schiller Kessler Group, where he acquired focused knowledge handling strictly Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Protection cases.

Mr. Abrams has joined Landau & Associates, where he applies his litigation experience to advocate vigorously on behalf of his clients to ensure they receive proper and just compensation while providing them with the individual attention they deserve.
