Leandro Carvalho, ASSOCIATE
As an Associate Attorney with Landau & Associates, Leandro Carvalho primarily litigates on breach of contract/personal injury protection cases to obtain the firm’s clients all the insurance benefits they are due and owing. He has been litigating almost exclusively on such matters since 2008 and has been practicing law in general since his admittance into the Florida Bar in 2005. Throughout this time, Mr. Carvalho worked in both plaintiff’s and defense firms and has obtained a broad understanding of the strategies utilized by each side in civil litigation. Having committed to solely representing plaintiffs since 2010, Mr. Carvalho has applied all his experience in obtaining countless sums of money for a variety of healthcare providers and automobile accident victims who have had their claims for medical treatment charges and/or lost wages denied or reduced by insurance companies.
Mr. Carvalho graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2005 where he had attended on partial scholarship. Prior to that, he graduated from the University of Toledo in 2002 where he repeatedly made the Dean’s List. Before moving to Florida from Ohio, Mr. Carvalho was a firefighter with the Sylvania Fire Department.
In his free time, you can probably find Mr. Carvalho working out in the gym or traveling. He is also a devoted father of two and enjoys playing soccer with his children or just leisurely lounging with them in the pool. Mr. Carvalho also actively assists in various Florida dog rescue organizations. Of all his pursuits in life, a common theme has been helping those that need it, and Mr. Carvalho now devotes his passion for justice and assistance to Landau & Associates’ clients every day.
