Peter J. Gorn


Peter Gorn is an associate at the Tampa Office of Landau & Associates, P.A. Mr. Gorn graduated cum laude from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah with a B.A. in English, then obtained his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Gorn worked as a staff editor on Law Review, as a tutor to first-year law students, and as a summer law clerk for the Boston Police Department and the Southern Oregon Public Defender’s Office. After graduating law school, Mr. Gorn gained both civil and criminal experience working as a clerk for an Oregon Circuit Court Judge, as an associate for a private civil and criminal firm, and later as a staff attorney for the same public defender’s office he clerked for in law school. After moving to Florida to be closer to family and passing the Florida bar exam, Mr. Gorn worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Pasco County. During his tenure as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Gorn went to trial in over 40 cases, including several high-level felonies, and argued countless motions. Mr. Gorn also previously served on the Education Committee of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, helping to plan and execute several highly-attended conferences.

Mr. Gorn joined Landau & Associates, P.A. in 2018 and focuses his practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation.
