Robert Strickland


Robert has over 11 years of experience working for insurance companies as a sales agent, insurance adjuster, Litigation Quality Assurance Specialist, and Attorney. Robert has practiced in the field of Personal Injury Protection (“P.I.P.”) Insurance Defense for the majority of his career, however, he has also represented clients in Complex Commercial Litigation disputes, Commercial Landlord Tenant cases, Personal Injury, Discrimination, Family Law cases, Civil Litigation cases, Phishing Scams, Breach of Contract cases, Probate matters, Motorcycle Accidents, Immigration cases, Criminal Defense cases, and Debt Collection Defense cases. Robert has jury trial and non-jury trial experience.

Robert is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, including the U.S. Middle District of Florida. Robert is involved in the local Guardian Ad Litem program, a Member of Hillsborough County Bar Association, and volunteers with the Hillsborough County Barry Legal Services Clinic. Robert obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was on Dean’s List, Alumni Coach of the National Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition, Chair of Membership of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, Most Involved 1L of Black Law Students Association, Member of Peter T.
