Gregory Edward Gudin is the Managing Partner at Landau and Associates. He is responsible for the firm’s litigation practice throughout the state of Florida. Gregory has extensive litigation experience and has been involved in PIP litigation since 2005. He has obtained numerous jury verdicts in favor of his clients, performed hundreds of depositions, and litigated thousands of PIP lawsuits.
After graduating law school, Gregory was an insurance defense attorney for a large carrier for five years. Gregory left that position to work for one of the state’s largest law firms as a member of its litigation group. Prior to becoming the firm’s Managing Partner, Gregory worked for seven years as Co-Counsel with Mr. Landau on hundreds of PIP lawsuits and collected millions of dollars in damages on behalf of their clients.
Gregory is licensed to practice in Florida (2005), Michigan (2014), Ohio (2019) and Colorado (2022). Gregory is a member of the Executive Committee of the 17th Judicial Circuit Broward County Insurance Section and is Co-Chairman of the Broward County Bar Association Insurance Section.
He is a sportscar and boating enthusiast. Gregory lives with his wife and daughter in Parkland, Florida and Avon, Ohio.
