Mitzi attended Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Minor in International Relations in 1997. She then attended Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2003.
Mitzi was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Since her admission, she has specialized in Personal Injury Protection Litigation.
Mitzi began her career as staff counsel for an insurance company where she spent 2 years. She then transitioned to litigating for insurance defense firms for another 3 years. In 2010, after learning the dynamics of insurance defense, Mitzi began working at Todd Landau, P.A. for the next 13 years, representing various medical providers as senior counsel, assisting in the firm’s trial practice and supervising associates.
