Steven P. Feiner is an Associate Attorney at Landau & Associates, P.A., in the Orlando office. Mr. Feiner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University, in Hempstead, New York in 2004, and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan in 2008. Mr. Feiner was admitted to practice law into the Appellate Division, Fourth Department of New York in 2009. Shortly thereafter, he established his own practice in Utica, New York, specializing in criminal and family law. Mr. Feiner then served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Oneida County District Attorney’s for over a decade where he was primarily responsible for prosecuting violent felony offenders, as well as handling misdemeanors, criminal traffic violations, and criminal investigations throughout the county.
In 2021, Mr. Feiner was admitted to the Florida Bar, and relocated to Central Florida with his wife JoAnna and their two children. Mr. Feiner is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York, and he is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, and in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of New York.
