Edrik Bandez is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. Edrik holds two professional licenses as a general contractor and a real estate sales associate. Both licenses he utilized to work as a business owner and contractor in the Miami Beach area. As a contractor, Edrik performed myriad supervisory duties such as quality control of construction; site inspections; creation of and adherence to safety programs; scheduling work assignments; and obtaining permits.
Edrik earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida International University, and his Juris Doctorate from Barry University. He graduated in the top 6% of his class and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
